GTU-Verse is a dedicated mobile application designed specifically for engineering students to access high-quality study materials, comprehensive question banks, and essential academic resources directly on their devices, with full offline reading capabilities.

Pricing Model

The GTU-Verse application is completely free to download. We offer premium, subject-specific study materials and PDF documents as one-time in-app purchases. Prices vary based on the specific document or material package selected and are clearly displayed within the app prior to purchase.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products sold on GTU-Verse, all sales are final. Once digital study material, PDF, or document is purchased and unlocked in your account, it cannot be returned, and no refunds or cancellations will be provided.

Exceptions: We will only issue a refund under the following strict condition:

• Duplicate Payment: If a technical error causes you to be charged multiple times for the exact same document, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

If your refund request for a duplicate payment is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, or bank account) within 5 to 7 business days.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using GTU-Verse, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• License: Purchased materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not distribute, share, copy, or resell the materials.
• Device Limits: To prevent unauthorized account sharing and piracy, content access is tied to your specific mobile session.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass our Digital Rights Management (DRM) security, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Information We Collect

When you sign in using Google or email authentication, we collect basic account details including your name and email address. We may also collect your college branch and semester during onboarding to personalize your study feed.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide app functionality, manage user authentication, deliver purchased PDF resources, maintain security, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share personal information with third-party advertisers.

Payment Information

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. GTU-Verse does not collect, process, or store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are encrypted and processed under Razorpay’s security and privacy standards.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your profile data and purchase history for as long as your account remains active to provide continuous access to your unlocked materials.

Account and Data Deletion Policy

At GTU-Verse, we believe in user data control. If you decide to stop using GTU-Verse, you can request full deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, the following data will be permanently purged within 7 to 14 business days:

• Your full name and email address
• Your profile settings, branch/semester preferences, and active device sessions
• Your user account entry in our database

Data That May Be Retained

If you have made purchases inside the app, basic non-sensitive transaction receipts (such as Razorpay Order IDs and timestamps) may be securely archived solely for legal, taxation, and financial compliance purposes.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will permanently lose access to any previously unlocked PDF materials.
